@Henry Yang you really don't have the sophistication to understand or you are blinded as 赵? top 10 or 20% is not a bad deal for Chinese as long as the Chinese share of population is low, and not heavily concentrated in only a few locales. This is the case for most states, but not the case for the U.S. as a whole.

It's not about 赵先生,it's about his legal brief. Let's not make this about 赵先生、谈先生、或云先生,let's not make this about some grownups' tender feeling got hurt. Let's focus on the issue at hand: the legal brief provided a logic base for the court to say top x percent plan meets the new legal standard, hence could widely adopted.
