@Yan Y be glad to. AL, MS, SC 是州,但又是conservative state, 所以黑人因為church doctrine, 有的也會vote against 民主黨,特別是abortion and homosexuality issue. 也許vote republican,也許废票。但無疑經濟和苛苞是第一考量。
we have the best benefit for homeless. A lot of State sent their homeless to SF by giving a one way bus to SF. First of all, we have the best weather no frozen body in NY street, and we also paid the highers benefit, and no not cold enough to have frozen body in SF.
@firefly/helen The Laws is that any one can walk-in to any emergency room (not hospital) you have to see and stabilized the patient before discharge. Infact, you don't have to show anything. Therefore, a lot of hospital closed down the Emeregency Room to reduced the liability of the hospital. A lot of ER is lose money and risky. Some ER has bullet proof glass like Regional Medical Center in San Jose to avoid people come in get angery or what every reason, shooting the people, Drs and nurses! In the passed 15 to 20 year, around 300 ER or the hospital closed down, we used to have 1000 ER Facility in CA, now is about 700. Some hospital will hired helicopter, nurses and Dr's trasnfer the patient back to their country to avoid the unreimbursed medical cost, and cheaper than keep the patient in the hospital.
左派媒体LA Times在报道房贷行业低信用分数的人贷款费用高的这篇文章中,话锋一转,偷换概念,无端地把种族因素牵扯进来,请看: “Data collected under the federal Home Mortgage Disclosure Act shows African Americans and Latinos are only half as likely as white people and Asians to get a loan at all, a pattern that prevails in California as well as nationwide.”
“African American and Latino borrowers often receive less favorable loans than white borrowers with similar credit profiles.”
同时警告说: “Jourdain-Earl said he cautions potential clients to be prepared to investigate their employees, policies and practices — because the government could use them as evidence in a discrimination case.”
