You may not like "diversity" as a goal, but even the conservative justices have agreed that it is a legitimate goal, the arguments are over what is the right way to achieve it.
You allow your own political bias to color your vision. You've repeatedly said top 10 percent plan is a liberal conspiracy. Just for your information, the top 10 percent was signed into law by George W Bush as Texas governor. Why?! Because many conservatives agree "diversity" is a legislate goal. If you think W could have participated in a liberal conspiracy, who are you?! Attila the Hun?
Your brief reads like a political pamphlet, not well articulated legal brief, which really raises the question of competence. I deplore all the Chinese organizations who have signed on this brief without carefully reading and analyzing it!
@Wen Raiti btw, you also need culture literacy. "To the right of Attila the Hun" is a common idiom. Get off your high horse, Google it, go ahead, it's not that hard to learn American/western culture.
