学校想招的是未来的领袖，看的是未来。考试成绩是对孩子过去的总结。但是，我们现在对未来的猜测是模糊的，不准的。所以需有一定弹性，可能会是健康的。

就像投资，需要分散风险。人都有走眼的时候。所以要多元。东方不亮西方亮。
