看了前面的分析，觉得不能简单地把经济和总统做成X,Y轴关系。经济自身有其规律。Clinton时代刚好是Internet1994-2000的第一个boom，Stock market 狂飙，将来的钱都投到了当时，税收自然大增。April 2000 DOT COM crash. 2001 年Goerge W 接任。我没看到Clinton有什么高明的fiscal policy，使得经济有多少发展。而且还有国会和美联储，不像中国。但总统和spending 关系很大。 George W那仗打的太不该，败笔，才有了O8。所以不能简单地对应经济数字和总统。 |
